American Academy of Family Physicians
Founded in 1947, the AAFP represents 97,600 physicians and medical students nationwide. It is the only medical society devoted solely to primary care. The Academy’s mission is to improve the health of patients, families and communities by serving the needs of members with professionalism and creativity.
