Lew

I’m the co-owner of Vintage Vinyl, a record store in University City, Missouri that’s been in business for 32 years. We have 16 full-time and 6 part-time employees. As our business grew, we decided that providing health insurance to our employees was good for productivity, good for our relationships with our co-workers and the moral thing to do. Our preliminary taxes showed that we will get back about 20 percent of the money we put into health insurance. It’s a great deal for small business. I also look forward to the state insurance exchanges that will give me the benefit of more cost certainty in the future.
